Dozer is either a trojan or worm that is affecting all versions of the Microsoft Windows operating system.
This trojan can download further malware to infected computers. It will also copy various files as well as creating and altering registry keys.
This trojan most commonly infects computers via an email attachment. So always be very careful when opening unknown attachments, it is also recommended to never open .exe attachments, even if they are from a known source (as the address can be faked).
