This is a new worm affecting all versions of the Microsoft Windows operating system. The worm spreads via network shares and mapped drives.
On infected computers, the worm will copy itself to a file called “sbsb.exe”. The worm will also create numerous registry entries and will attempt to download files from remote locations. The remote files downloaded may contain further malware.
